The development of new councils and council reactivation is primarily the responsibility of the district deputy, with the assistance of the State New Council Development and Reactivation Chairman and the Insurance Agent.
My function is support the district deputy in his efforts to start a new council or to reactivate one, and make sure that all of the paper work is properly completed and submitted.
