2024 Mid-Year Meeting State Staff Compensation

State Staff, who are also not District Deputies, will be compensated in accordance with the Florida State By-laws. This means $50 per diem per day for two days and round trip mileage at $0.25 per mile. Those that are local and not staying away from home may be compensated round trip mileage for both days. Round trip mileage is calculated between the physical address of the member's Council and the hotel in Orlando. No expense report is required.

Very limited exceptions to the above may be made by the State Deputy for certain critical support personnel; these must be approved in advance by the State Deputy, and expenses should be submitted via the Florida State Council expense form, which can be found here.
