2024 Mid-Year Meeting RA Compensation

Regional Administrators, who are also not District Deputies, will be compensated in accordance with the Florida State By-laws. This means $50 per diem per day for two days and round trip mileage at $0.25 per mile. Those that are local and not staying away from home may be compensated round trip mileage for both days. Round trip mileage is calculated between the physical address of the member's Council and the hotel. No expense report is required.

In addition, Regional Administrators will be compensated for two night's hotel room from the State Council. If an RA wishes to be compensated, the hotel expenses (along with per diem and mileage requests) should be submitted via the Florida State Council expense form, which can be found here.
