2022 Organizational Meeting
The Florida State Council 2022 Organizational Meeting will be held July 15-16, 2022 at the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South, 4955 Kyngs Heath Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746. District Deputies, Regional Administrators, and State Directors and Chairmen should plan to attend.

Agenda: The meeting agenda has not yet been finalized. However, for planning purposes, the general meeting should begin at around 1:00 PM on Friday. There will be sessions on both Friday afternoon and Friday evening. On Saturday, Mass will be in the morning and the general meeting will begin around 9:00 AM. Saturday Vigil Mass is planned for about 4:30 PM, and following Mass, we will have an installation of new District Deputies that have joined us.
There will be a Ladies social function on Friday evening and a Ladies lunch on Saturday. More information will be posted here at a later date and on the Pink Button (Ladies Events at the Top Menu of the State website.)
Registration: All attendees must register below. If your wife wants to attend either the Friday or Saturday Ladies functions, please register them below as indicated, so that we can get a proper count for the hotel.
Compensation: District Deputies will be compensated by Supreme for at least one night at the hotel, two meals per day for two days, and round-trip mileage at $0.35 per mile from your residence to the hotel. Compensation for a second night at the hotel has been requested but not yet approved. Receipts for hotel, meals, and tolls are required. In addition, Supreme will pay for a single $35 per diem payment for wives of DDs that attend. The State Secretary will issue separate instructions on submission of Form 267DD. Supreme will not compensate District Wardens who substitute for District Deputies; District Wardens will be compensated by the State Council as State Staff (see below.)
Regional Administrators and State Staff will be compensated a set per diem of $50 per day for two days and round trip mileage at $0.25 per mile. Those that are traveling more than 250 miles one-way will be compensated one additional day of per diem.
