All councils in the Knights have a common goal of engaging their members. Many councils struggle with this concept when they shouldn’t. This training presentation focuses on the relationship between member experience and member engagement. Participants will be re-introduced to the Council Engagement Assessment along with other suggestions on how to engage their council members and communities properly.
