Volunteer Sign Ups

A large number of volunteers are needed in order to support our hosting functions for the 2023 Supreme Convention Marriott Orlando World Center. These requirements span the time period July 29, 2023 through August 3, 2023. Please see the sign ups below to see what is available.

For the Transportation Committee volunteers, Supreme will provide compensation for mileage and tolls from home to hotel, parking as necessary, and per diem for each round trip from hotel to airport. Details are forthcoming

For all other volunteers, we strongly suggest that you carpool so that the cost of parking at the hotel can be split. We are still pursuing the possibility of obtaining discounted parking tickets for volunteers, but as of July 10, 2023, that has not been resolved. For the Color Corps Mass events, we may be able to have off-site parking, but we are still working out procedures for transportation from the parking areas to the hotel. Travel to and from these parking areas will require 20-30 minutes each way, so please plan accordingly.
